Key facts 960 MHz to 1220 MHz Specially designed for aeronautical radio communications The linear polarized Broadband Communications Antenna R&S®AD016M covers the frequency range from 960 MHz to 1220 MHz for transmit and receive purposes. With its free inner diameter of approx. 700 mm the antenna is designed for installation around a mast. As it is delivered in four segments, it may also be integrated into existing systems even if individual parts are already installed above and below the designated position for the antenna. Due to its mechanical design as well as its weather protection the antenna is suited for use in exposed positions and in tough environmental conditions, e.g. on board ships.
